The model is 1.80m (5'11ā€) tall and wears size XS. This coat comes with a tie belt, but in the picture, you can also see it accessorized with a peplum buckle belt, which can be purchased separately.

  • full body lining from Italian satin in black color,
  • waterproof (water-resistant) fabric (10ā€™000 mm - not appropriate for heavy showers), warm and breathable (5000gsm),
  • this membrane fabric with an inner fleece layer is more appropriate for colder weather. We suggest wearing this coat in temperatures ranging from 0Ā°C (32Ā°F) up to +20Ā°C (68Ā°F).

Material

This coat is made fromĀ membrane fabric that is water-resistant (10,000 mm), breathable (5,000 gsm), and windproof. The fabric composition is 94% polyester and 6% polyamide. No harmful PFAS was used during the fabric production process.

Please note: The water resistance rating of 10,000 mm means the coat can withstand light rain or snow for 1-2 hours or a moderate shower for about 30 minutes.Ā This coat is not appropriate for heavy rain or showers!

Softshell fabric

This coat is made from softshell fabric. It is thicker than light shell fabric due to the inner fleece layer, which makes this styleĀ more appropriate for colder weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging fromĀ 0Ā°C (32Ā°F) up to +20Ā°C(68Ā°F).

Lining

As for the inner lining, a high-quality, extra soft, and durable Italian satin (100% polyester) is used. The lining agrees to the OEKO-TEX standard and during the fabric production cycle, the use of water and chemicals is reduced as well as the wastage is avoided.Ā

      Beautiful yet functional coat that elevates my outfits

      I always wanted a raincoat that was both functional and elegant. It seemed impossible until I got saw an ad from RainSisters. I waited until Black Friday and got this coat with a nice discount. It's an investment, but I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The coat is beautifully made, adding a sense of elegance to my outfits that you just don't get with a regular raincoat. It keeps me dry and makes me excited to wear it. I ended up going for a regular size S. I am 167cm tall and my waist/chest measurement was on the high end for size XS, which ended up being an issue, hence I sized up. The exchange and return process went well, with the quick support of the RainSisters team.

      Daughter Loved Unwrapping It for Christmas

      My daughter just loved the coat and its careful construction. Her only mild concern was the lack of belt loops or other belt attachment means. We need to exchange the Medium for Large Tall, but then it will get lots of use.

      Gorgeous trench

      This trench is absolutely gorgeous, so elegant and top quality. It runs a bit small around chest area but it fits super well, I will wear it in spring with a light t-shirt underneath and itā€™ll be perfect. I suggest to size up if you want to wear it in winter with a thick layer underneath.

      The most elegant rain coat!

      I have been eyeing these rain coats for some time, and when I saw this style with the polka dots I knew that was the one for me! I also ordered the belt, my only complaint being thereā€™s no way to secure it to the coat, so it can easily get lost. Other than that the fit, quality, tailoring and appearance is exquisite!! Itā€™s long and feels heavy duty without being bulky. Perfect mix of feminine design and practicality.

      I absolutely love it, and everyone I meet loves it too! Feel like a princess in it.
      One thing I would improve is that there is no system for the belt to stay on, and that's not so convenient.

      Finally, a great raincoat!

      This raincoat is a wonderful combination of style and utility! It keeps you dry just about everywhere (my ankles got wet, should have worn boots too!) while looking very smart. I was tired of dressing nicely then putting a sailing jacket overtop. It feels well made and substantial without being overly heavy. My only criticism would be the sizing - I ordered a large which technically fit but there was no room for even a light warmth layer. I exchanged it for an XL to accommodate a fleece if needed.

      Amazing coat

      Iā€™ve been hesitating a long time to buy a coat because of the price but I have to say it is definitely worth it. Every time Iā€™m wearing my coat I get compliments, from friends but also strangers on the street. The quality is really nice and since Iā€™m living in the Netherlands with a lot of rain I can say it works good as a raincoat and on the bike. I have not been in a heavy storm yet but it is def warm enough up to 0-5 degrees. If you have the money I would for sure recommend a coat like this!
