KEY RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS WITH RAINSISTERS

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of receipt.

  • The coat must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The coat must be in its original condition, including the size tag. 

How to exchange your order?

During Sale

To exchange an item at discounted price while the sale is ONGOING:

Sale has ended

To exchange an item at discounted price after the sale has ENDED:

  • Please email us at support@rainsisters.com with details of the item you wish to exchange your sale item for.
  • We will create a new order for your chosen item, maintaining the discounted price.

We offer two options - please choose one and follow the provided instructions below.

Payment options for Sales item exchanges

PAY IMMEDIATELY - ensure that the replacement item is reserved and received as soon as possible.

Please proceed with the payment for the new order we have created - this will reserve your coat and allow us to ship it as soon as possible. After that, you can submit a return request for your current coat to receive a refund.

  1. Submit return request here: rainsisters.loopreturns.com
  2. Insert order number (found in order confirmation: 5-digit combination)
  3. Select an item to return
  4. Provide reason for return 
  5. Press “Return Item” 
  6. Press “Get *your order amount* ”
  7. Choose “Refund to Original Payment Method” 
  8. Press “Submit Return”
PAY WITH STORE CREDIT AFTER RETURN - receive a new item only after the return has been received and processed.

Submit a return request for your current coat. Once we receive and process the return, you will receive a store credit, which you can then use to pay for the new order.

Getting the return label

Then the DHL return label should be sent to your email. 

If you don’t receive a DHL return label automatically, please contact us via support@rainsisters.com

Please print the return label. Affix it securely to the lid of the box and hand it over to DHL Express:

  • DHL Express drop-off / service points can be found at locator.dhl.com

  5. Press “Return Item” 
  6. Press “Get *your order amount* ”
  7. Choose “Store Credit” or “Refund to Original Payment Method” 
  8. Press “Submit Return”

We require a few business days to review the return. However, during the sale period, slight delays may occur.
Refunds are typically received within 3-5 business days after processing, though some financial institutions may take longer.

If you return for a refund, a €10 fee for the return label will be deducted from the refund
