Every RainSisters garment is more than just a clothing item - it's a statement of style, ethics, and quality that lasts. We believe every item should outlast the season it was bought for, and that every woman deserves to feel beautiful, feminine and confident, no matter the weather.

Timeless Design

Every piece is crafted with a focus on women’s silhouette - vintage-inspired, feminine and complementing designs that never go out of style. It is about how a piece makes you feel. 

For the days that call for something more extravagant and fashion-forward, our Atelier line brings capes and other statement silhouettes to that same philosophy, comfortable functionality that doesn't ask you to compromise on beauty. Made in limited quantities - special and authentic.

Premium Quality

Each garment is made to last for years, not seasons - designed and manufactured locally in the EU (Latvia) from carefully selected and tested eco-conscious premium quality materials, including OEKO-TEX® certified or recycled fabrics. Only the best quality and feel materials and components are selected to ensure top performance throughout the years to come.

All materials and products undergo strict quality checks, they are durable and easy to care for — offering a responsible alternative to fast fashion without compromising elegance.

Fabric Performance

Every RainSisters coat is made from high quality membrane fabric - purposely and carefully selected based on its durable, flexible, soft and incredibly comfortable capabilities. Most importantly the membrane fabric is waterproof (10,000mm), breathable (5,000gsm), windproof and warm* - comparable to a quality ski jacket. *We work in three configurations - Softshell, Lightshell and the Insulated Winter Softshell - which expand the RainSisters catalog across the full year: so a bestselling silhouette can follow you from October through March.

Functional & Comfortable Design

RainSisters garments are designed for every-day use - comfortable, practical and soft. Coats are easy to care for even at home. For more detailed Care information, view our Care Instructions.

Every garment carries carefully-designed functional details, refined over each collection. Coats feature adjustable drawstring hoods, hidden waterproof pockets sewn into the skirt seam, and snap closures concealed beneath the front overlap so the silhouette stays clean even when fastened against the weather. Several styles feature detachable hoods, bows or other accessories, so the coat adapts to your mood as easily as it adapts to the forecast.

Inclusive Sizing & Fit

Inclusivity is central to who we are. RainSisters coats are available in sizes XXS to 3XL, with the majority of products also available in petite and tall options for anyone outside our regular proportions, so no one has to choose between the right length and the right fit. Signature Prints & Silhouettes

Every print is designed in-house by the Founder and Designer Zanda, beginning with sketches inspired by nature before being developed into the final pattern. All our prints are RainSisters trademark prints and are exclusive to RainSisters. It's the detail our customers recognize us by, and the reason no RainSisters coats ever quite look like anything else in your wardrobe. 

Ethical and Sustainable practices

Coming from a small country in Northern Europe, we believe what we give is what we take. That principle shaped RainSisters from the beginning: producing locally, paying fair wages, and working only with manufacturers who provide safe working conditions for their employees.

Every RainSisters garment is made in Latvia, by manufacturers holding SA8000, ISO 9001, HIGG Index, and B Corp certification. We never mass produce. Each piece is made in small batches, sewn by local seamstresses, so that every coat gets the attention it needs rather than being rushed through a production line.

Our membrane fabrics are free of any PFAS, and our lining meets OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. We're gradually shifting our fabrics and packaging materials toward more recycled and partially recycled alternatives - a process that began in 2025 and remains in our focus as we grow. Fabric leftovers from every cut are repurposed into our accessories, from makeup bags to belts and clutch bags, so as little as possible goes to waste.
