Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If your RainSisters coat is not quite right, you may return or exchange it through the RainSisters return portal:

Returns and exchanges must be submitted through the portal and shipped within 21 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in original packaging, and identifiable by order number, customer name, or proof of purchase.

All returns are inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved. Returns shipped after the 21-day period may be refunded as store credit only, based on the original purchase amount.

RainSisters provides a DHL return label for returns and exchanges. 

For returned items valued at 150 EUR or above, exchanges are free when using the RainSisters-provided DHL return label. Refunds using the RainSisters-provided DHL return label are reduced by 10 EUR.

For returned items valued below 150 EUR, the full return shipping cost is your responsibility. This applies to both returns and exchanges.
