- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in original packaging, and with original tags attached.
- Please make sure the parcel can be identified by order number, customer name, or proof of purchase.
- All returns are inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved
- Returns shipped after the 21-day period may be refunded as store credit only, based on the original purchase amount.
- RainSisters provides a DHL return label for returns and exchanges.
For returned items valued at 150 EUR or above
- exchanges are free when using the RainSisters-provided DHL return label;
- refunds are reduced by 10 EUR when using the RainSisters provided DHL return label.
For returned items valued below 150 EUR, the full return shipping cost is covered by you. This applies to both returns and exchanges. The amount is deducted from the refund or charged before exchange processing.

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges must be submitted through the RainSisters return portal and shipped within 21 days of receiving your order.
The returned parcel does not need to be delivered to RainSisters within this period, but the return or exchange request must be submitted and the parcel must be shipped within 21 days.
If you are unable to ship your return within this period due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible

What condition must the item be in?
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Please make sure the item is returned:
- unused and clean;
- without stains, damage, or missing parts;
- with original tags attached;
- identifiable by order number, customer name, or proof of purchase.
If an item is returned damaged, stained, incomplete, worn, or without original packaging, the return may be rejected or return deductions may apply.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received by RainSisters, the refund processing and review usually processes within 3–5 working days.
After the refund has been processed, your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds visible in your account.
Can I exchange my order instead of receiving a refund?
Yes. You can choose an exchange option in the RainSisters return portal.
Exchange availability depends on product availability at the time your request is processed. If you would like to secure the replacement item sooner, we recommend choosing Instant Exchange when available.

How do I return my order?

After submitting your request, you can return the parcel using either:
- the RainSisters provided DHL return label;
- your own tracked shipping service.
If you choose your own shipping provider, please use a tracked service and send the tracking number to RainSisters. You are responsible for the shipping costs and safe delivery of the parcel. RainSisters cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, damaged, or not delivered by your chosen shipping provider.
Please make sure your parcel can be identified by order number, customer name, or proof of purchase.
Can I return an item after 21 days?
Returns must be submitted through the RainSisters return portal and shipped within 21 days of receiving your order.
If your return is shipped after the 21-day period, RainSisters may issue store credit only, based on the original purchase amount.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from shipping your return within this period, please contact us before the deadline.
What return options can I choose in the return portal?
The RainSisters return portal will show the return options available for your order. Available options may depend on the item, order value, product availability, and return conditions.
Options & How they work:
- Refund
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Store credit
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, store credit is issued as a RainSisters gift card and sent to your email.
- Exchange after return
Your exchange is processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The selected replacement item is subject to availability.
- Instant Exchange
The replacement item is reserved immediately and prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Funds are reserved on your credit card and released after your return has been received and inspected.

Exchanges
How do I exchange my order?
Please submit your exchange request through the RainSisters return portal:

You will be able to choose from the available exchange options in the portal.
What is “Exchange after return”?
With Exchange after return, your replacement item is processed only after your returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that the selected replacement item is not reserved while your return is in transit and may no longer be available by the time your return is processed.
If the selected item is no longer available, RainSisters may contact you to arrange an alternative option, such as:
- another size;
- another product;
- store credit;
- refund, if eligible.
What is “Instant Exchange”?
Instant Exchange allows the replacement item to be reserved immediately and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.
Funds are reserved on your credit card through Stripe. Once your return has been received and inspected, the reservation is released.
This option is recommended if you would like to secure the replacement item before it sells out.
Is exchange shipping free?
RainSisters provides a DHL return label for exchanges.
For exchanged items valued at 150 EUR or above, exchange shipping is free when using the RainSisters provided DHL return label.
For exchanged items valued below 150 EUR, the customer covers the full return shipping cost. The applicable shipping cost is charged before the exchange is processed.
If you choose your own shipping provider, you are responsible for the shipping costs and safe delivery of the parcel. RainSisters cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, damaged, or not delivered by your chosen shipping provider.
Additional costs or deductions may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition, is returned without proper packaging, or causes additional shipping costs
Can I Exchange during sale periods?
Sale items can be exchanged, depending on product availability.
During sale periods, we recommend choosing Instant Exchange when available, as this helps reserve the replacement item before it sells out.
If you choose Exchange after return, the selected item is not reserved and may no longer be available by the time your return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
How do I get my return label?
RainSisters provides a DHL return label for returns and exchanges.
If you choose to use the RainSisters-provided DHL return label, it will be available in the return portal or sent to you by email.
Please print the label and contact your local DHL Express to arrange pick-up or drop-off.
Please note that drop-off is available only at DHL Express locations. Some DHL partner locations may not be able to scan the return label.
When does the return label expire?
The RainSisters-provided DHL return label expires 21 days after you receive your order.
Your return or exchange request must be submitted, and the parcel must be shipped, within this period.
Can I use my own shipping provider?
Yes. You may return the parcel using your own tracked shipping provider.

How long does return shipping take?
Return shipping time depends on your location and shipping method.
Returns sent with the RainSisters-provided DHL return label usually arrive within one week.
If you use your own shipping provider, delivery time depends on the carrier you choose. Postal services may take longer than DHL and can take more than one month in some cases.

What happens if the coat is stained?
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
If an item is returned with stains, signs of wear, damage, or other condition issues, the return may be rejected or deductions may apply after inspection.
If a cleaning attempt is possible, a 10 EUR cleaning deduction may apply. If the stain cannot be cleaned, up to 50% of the coat price may be deducted.
What happens if I do not use the original packaging?
Please return the coat in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is not used and this increases return shipping costs, an additional deduction may apply.
Refunds
How are refunds processed?
Once your return has been received and inspected, RainSisters will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, RainSisters usually processes the refund within 3–5 working days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to make the funds visible in your account.
What should I do if my refund is late?
If your refund has not appeared in your account, please first check with your bank, card provider, or financial institution.

Can my refund amount change?
Yes. The final refund amount may change if return shipping costs or return deductions apply.
Deductions may apply if:
- the RainSisters provided DHL return label is used for a refund;
- the returned item value is below 150 EUR;
- the item is returned damaged, stained, incomplete, worn, or not in its original condition;
- the item is returned without original packaging and this increases return shipping costs.
Volume discounts may also be adjusted if the remaining purchase no longer qualifies for the original discount.
Store Credit and Gift Cards
How does store credit work?
If you choose store credit, it will be issued as a RainSisters gift card after your return has been received, inspected, and approved.
The gift card will be sent to your email and can be used in the RainSisters online store.
Does store credit expire?
No. RainSisters gift cards have no expiration date.
A gift card does not need to be used all at once. If you have more than one gift card, they can be used to fully or partially cover an order.
What happens if I return an item paid for with a gift card?
If an item was purchased using a RainSisters gift card, the eligible return value will be issued as store credit.
The return amount cannot be refunded to a previous original payment method if the order was paid with a gift card.
