Description

This coat is a beautiful beige coat with colorful flowers in ruby red, indigo, sky blue, and golden yellow colors. It looks fancy with its double-breasted style, making you feel like you're stepping into a lively spring garden. The first model is 1,68m (5'6”) tall and wearing size XS.

The second model is 1,78m (5'10” ft) tall and wearing size XS.

Coat details:

  • double-breasted style,
  • hidden pockets in the side seams,
  • snap button closure,
  • comes with an additional belt featuring silver-tone hardware,
  • full body lining from Italian satin in soft pink, 
  • the length of the coat from the base of the neck to the hemline (measuring the back of the coat) is 110cm (43.3in) for size XXS up to 115cm (45in) for size 3XL,
  • waterproof (water-resistant) fabric (10’000 mm - not appropriate for heavy showers), warm and breathable (5000gsm).

Material

Double Breasted Trench Coat in Beige with Flower Print

All RainSisters' coats are made from membrane fabric - water resistant (10 000mm), breathable (5 000 gsm) and windproof material. Fabric composition: 94% polyester, 6% polyamide. No harmful PFAS used during the fabric production process.

Please note that the water resistance level of 10 000mm means that our coats can withstand 1-2 hours in a light rain/snow, or approximately 30 minutes in a moderate shower, without letting water come through. Our coats are not appropriate for heavy rain or showers!

Currently the available coats are made from two types of membrane fabric - light shell and soft shell. 

Light shell fabric

Since the collection of Spring | Summer 2024 we introduce the light shell membrane fabric. It is more lighter and thiner, it does not have the warmer fleece inner layer as soft shell fabric do. Coats made from light shell material is more appropriate for warmer weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from +10°C (50°F) up to +25°C(77°F). Currently we offer four styles made out of light shell - 'Minty Meadow', 'Graceful Grey', 'Timeless Black' and 'Powder Dream'.  

Soft shell fabric

Since the very beginning of RainSisters brand the main fabric we use to create most of the coats are the soft shell membrane fabric. It is thicker than light shell fabric due to the inner fleece layer. The warm fleece inner layer makes these styles more appropriate for colder weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) up to +20°C(68°F).

Lining

As for the inner lining a high-quality, extra soft and durable Italian satin (100% polyester) are used. The lining agrees to OEKO-TEX standard and during the fabric production cycle the use of water and chemicals is reduced as well as the wastage is avoided. 

 

Care

  • Professional dry clean

          OR

  • Wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C (86°F);
  • Use hand wash if necessary for stains;
  • Do not use any type of softening liquids;
  • Do not tumble dry;
  • Do not bleach;
  • Do not iron.

      Shockingly gorgeous coat!

      Shockingly gorgeous trench coat/raincoat! I got my Spring Bloom coat in size 2XL and it’s absolute perfection! Be aware that soooo many will compliment and comment on your beautiful coat, touch the fabric and be generally amazed that something so lovely can be made. I’ve given the rainsisters web address at least five times since I started wearing my coat last week. And it’s comfortable too! I used the sizing chart and it’s very accurate in my opinion. Delivery was incredibly fast and reached Denmark in only three working days from I placed my order and it was such a luxurious experience to open the box that I practically squealed. I can highly recommend RainSisters if those beautiful silhouettes appeal to you.

      Beautiful coat that I wear daily, bought through black Friday sale. I have no regrets, but for shorter ladies (5ft size 8 UK) I will make these notes — petite size wasn't worth the £100 difference to get it after sale for me, but if it's an option for you get petite size! — for 10cm longer coats e.g spring bloom when going up stairs or crouching to pick something up you will have to lift the whole coat or it will touch the stairs, especially outside — You will get a lot of attention. I get a lot of compliments, I've had people recognize me when I go to events from the street and I get treated a lot better by the general public — All coats can be worn in the triangle v-neck or in a square neckline depending on how you feel — Easy to put on and so warm! By being a windbreaker it's warmer than my actual winter coats in the UK — I do have a couple imperfections (white dots, black ink-like stain) on the skirt but these are not noticeable at a distance and don't bother me personally
