How to exchange your order?

 

To exchange your coat at sales prices while the sale is ONGOING:

●      Submit exchange request via rainsisters.loopreturns.com

To exchange your coat at the sales prices after the sale has ENDED:

●      Send us an email in exchange to support@rainsisters.com

●      We will create a new order for you at sales prices

●      Submit return for refund or store credit via rainsisters.loopreturns.com

●      Proceed with payment for your new order: pay immediately or with store credit after return. (If you pay immediately, we will ship the new order right away and will refund you to original payment method after return is received; or you can pay with store credit that we will issue once return is received)

 

1. We offer TWO EXCHANGE OPTIONS - please choose one and follow the provided instructions:

 

OPTION 1 - PAY IMIDIATELLY (ensure that the replacement item is reserved and received as soon as possible)

Please proceed with the payment for the new order we have created - this will reserve your coat and allow us to ship it as soon as possible. After that, you can submit a return request for your current coat to receive a refund.

• Insert order number (found in order confirmation: 5-digit combination)
• Select an item to return
• Provide reason for return 
• Press “Return Item” 
• Press “Get *your order amount* ”
• Choose “Refund to Original Payment Method” 
• Press “Submit Return” 

OPTION 2 - PAY WITH STORE CREDIT AFTER RETURN  (receive a new item only after the return has been received and processed)

Submit a return request for your current coat. Once we receive and process the return, you will receive a store credit, which you can then use to pay for the new order.

• Insert order number (found in order confirmation: 5-digit combination)
• Select an item to return
• Provide reason for return 
• Press “Return Item” 
• Press “Get *your order amount* ”
• Choose “Store Credit”  
• Press “Submit Return”
• Use the provided DHL return label to return your item

The DHL return label should be sent to your email.  If you don’t receive a DHL return label automatically, please contact us via support@rainsisters.com

Please print the return label. Affix it securely to the lid of the box and hand it over to DHL Express:

• DHL Express drop-off / service points can be found at locator.dhl.com
• DHL Express courier collection can be initiated here: mydhl.express.dhl

2. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a store credit

3. After receiving your store credit, you can pay for your new order

4. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your payment.

 

How to return your order?

 

If you would like to return your order and receive a refund:

• Select an item to return
• Provide reason for return 
• Press “Return Item” 
• Press “Get *your order amount* ”
• Choose “Store Credit” or “Refund to Original Payment Method” 
• Press “Submit Return” 

Then the DHL return label should be sent to your email.

We require a few business days to review the return. However, during the sale period, slight delays may occur. Refunds are typically received within 3–5 business days after processing, though some banks may take longer.

If you return for a refund, a €10 fee for the return label will be deducted from the refund.

For a successful return:

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of receipt.
• The coat must be returned in its original packaging.
• The coat must be in its original condition, including the size tag.
