Material
Light shell fabric
This coat is made from membrane fabric that is water-resistant (10,000 mm), breathable (5,000 gsm), and windproof. The fabric composition: 94% polyester, 6% polyamide. No harmful PFAS was used during the fabric production process.
Light shell fabric is lighter and thinner, it does not have the warmer fleece inner layer as soft shell fabric does. Coats made from light shell material are more appropriate for warmer weather. We suggest wearing this coat in temperatures ranging from +10°C (50°F) up to +25°C(77°F).
Lining
As for the inner lining, a high-quality, extra soft, and durable Italian satin (100% polyester) is used. The lining agrees to the OEKO-TEX standard, and during the fabric production cycle, the use of water and chemicals is reduced as well as the wastage is avoided.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €200. You can return and exchange your order within 21 days of receiving it.
We mainly ship with DHL or similar courier partners.

United States (US) – Due to recent changes in import taxes and duties, we want to make things easier for our customers. That’s why we cover half of the surcharge ourselves - only 10% is added to your order, while we take care of the rest (Please note that this charge is non-refundable in case of returns).
Norway – customs handling fee payable at check-out to avoid duties and taxes at import.

Is the lightshell coat waterproof, windproof, and breathable?
Yes. RainSisters lightshell coats are made from water-resistant membrane fabric (waterproof rating of up to 10,000 mm) that is also windproof and breathable (5000 GSM). They protect well in light rain and everyday wet weather. However, they are not designed for heavy downpours, as the fabric is textile rather than rubber.
What temperatures is the lightshell coat suitable for?
We recommend wearing softshell coats in temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) up to +20°C (68°F), depending on layering and personal comfort.

How do I choose the right size?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €200, and express shipping is available for an additional fee. We ship worldwide (except Russia and Belarus).
