Ordering details
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €360. You can return and exchange your order within 21 days of receiving it.
We mainly ship with DHL or similar courier partners.
Please note! Our orders may require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery. If you won’t be home to sign, please consider using your work/different address.
Depending on your shipping country, customs and taxes may apply:
- European Union (EU) – No additional customs fees. VAT is included in the order total.
- United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland (CH) – No additional customs fees. VAT is included in the order total.
- United States (US) and Norway (NO) – customs handling fee payable at check-out to avoid duties (tariffs) and taxes at import. (Please note that this charge is non-refundable in case of returns).
- Other countries – Duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations. Our shipping partners may contact you to complete necessary customs clearance procedure.
