The "Peony Bloom" fitted and flared coat is a blooming masterpiece in a gentle pink color with an enchanting burgundy peony print. The first model is 1,80m (5'11”) and wearing size S.
The second model is 1,72m (5'8”) and wearing size L.
Coat details:
- form-fitted upper body and flared skirt with two large pleats on the front and back,
- hidden pockets in the side seams,
- snap button closure,
- adjustable hood,
- full body lining from Italian satin in an ashy pink color,
- length of the coat from the base of the neck to the hemline (measuring at the back of the coat) is 110cm (43.3in) for size XXS up to 113cm (44.5in) for size 3XL,
- waterproof (water-resistant) fabric (10’000 mm - not appropriate for heavy showers), warm and breathable (5000gsm).

We suggest PETITE SIZES if you are 1.56m (5'1ft) or below and/or if the waist of regular clothing usually is too low for your body proportions. Petite sizes has the same bust and waist measurements as regular sizing. For more detailed sizing info take a look here.

Material
Material
All RainSisters' coats are made from membrane fabric - water resistant (10 000mm), breathable (5 000 gsm) and windproof material. Fabric composition: 94% polyester, 6% polyamide. No harmful PFAS used during the fabric production process.
Please note that the water resistance level of 10 000mm means that our coats can withstand 1-2 hours in a light rain/snow, or approximately 30 minutes in a moderate shower, without letting water come through. Our coats are not appropriate for heavy rain or showers!
Currently the available coats are made from two types of membrane fabric - light shell and soft shell.
Light shell fabric
Since the collection of Spring | Summer 2024 we introduce the light shell membrane fabric. It is more lighter and thiner, it does not have the warmer fleece inner layer as soft shell fabric do. Coats made from light shell material is more appropriate for warmer weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from +10°C (50°F) up to +25°C(77°F). Currently we offer four styles made out of light shell - 'Minty Meadow', 'Graceful Grey', 'Timeless Black' and 'Powder Dream'.
Soft shell fabric
Since the very beginning of RainSisters brand the main fabric we use to create most of the coats are the soft shell membrane fabric. It is thicker than light shell fabric due to the inner fleece layer. The warm fleece inner layer makes these styles more appropriate for colder weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) up to +20°C(68°F).
Lining
As for the inner lining a high-quality, extra soft and durable Italian satin (100% polyester) are used. The lining agrees to OEKO-TEX standard and during the fabric production cycle the use of water and chemicals is reduced as well as the wastage is avoided.

- Wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C (86°F);
- Use hand wash if necessary for stains;
- Do not use any type of softening liquids;
- Do not tumble dry;
- Do not bleach;
- Do not iron.

We process orders within 1-5 working days. We use DHL and other similar couriers, so shipping takes about 2-5 days to arrive (subject to local customs procedures)

I really love the coat, the fit, the fabric, the looks.
Only thing to make it even better is to make the collar a bit higher so it will be harder for the rain to get in via the neck.

I first became aware of rainsisters when I stopped a lady to ask where she bought her gorgeous coat. I then visited the website and there was so much choice, that I couldn't decide which one to choose. The coat had sold out when I eventually chose one. So I contacted the company to ask if there was any possibility of having the coat I wanted. My first impression of the company was the very prompt response to my email. Apparently, that fabric is their own design, so could re order and make my coat to my specifications, like having a full skirt instead of what was advertised. Of course I was absolutely delighted with it. Unfortunately, the belt I had asked for was not included. I sent an email at 20.56 and received a response at 21.15. This is an exceptional service. I received the belt soon afterwards. The fabric is of very good quality and the coat is very well made.I have made another purchase from the company since and I am delighted with both my coats.
