The 'Forest Flower' women's coat comes in a deep dark green color with a striking graphic floral print in black. This coat boasts a stylish feeling with its fitted top and flared silhouette, creating a chic look. This coat reflects the beauty of nature, inviting you into a world where every detail expresses confidence and grace.

The model is 1,73m (5'8”) tall and wearing size XS.

Coat details:

  • fitted top and flared skirt with two pleats on the front and back,
  • hidden pockets in the side seams,
  • snap button closure,
  • adjustable hood,
  • full body lining from Italian satin in soft pink,
  • length of the coat from the base of the neck to the hemline (measuring at the back of the coat) is 100cm (39.4in) for size XXS up to 103cm (40.5in) for size 3XL; petite sizes are 7 cm shorter than regular sizes, and tall sizes are 7 cm longer,
  • waterproof (water-resistant) fabric (10’000 mm - not appropriate for heavy showers), warm and breathable (5000gsm).

Material

Fitted Coat with Pleated Flared Skirt in Green and Black

All RainSisters' coats are made from membrane fabric - water resistant (10 000mm), breathable (5 000 gsm) and windproof material. Fabric composition: 94% polyester, 6% polyamide. No harmful PFAS used during the fabric production process.

Please note that the water resistance level of 10 000mm means that our coats can withstand 1-2 hours in a light rain/snow, or approximately 30 minutes in a moderate shower, without letting water come through. Our coats are not appropriate for heavy rain or showers!

Currently the available coats are made from two types of membrane fabric - light shell and soft shell. 

Light shell fabric

Since the collection of Spring | Summer 2024 we introduce the light shell membrane fabric. It is more lighter and thiner, it does not have the warmer fleece inner layer as soft shell fabric do. Coats made from light shell material is more appropriate for warmer weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from +10°C (50°F) up to +25°C(77°F). Currently we offer four styles made out of light shell - 'Minty Meadow', 'Graceful Grey', 'Timeless Black' and 'Powder Dream'.  

Soft shell fabric

Since the very beginning of RainSisters brand the main fabric we use to create most of the coats are the soft shell membrane fabric. It is thicker than light shell fabric due to the inner fleece layer. The warm fleece inner layer makes these styles more appropriate for colder weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) up to +20°C(68°F).

Lining

As for the inner lining a high-quality, extra soft and durable Italian satin (100% polyester) are used. The lining agrees to OEKO-TEX standard and during the fabric production cycle the use of water and chemicals is reduced as well as the wastage is avoided. 

 

Care

  • Professional dry clean

          OR

  • Wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C (86°F);
  • Use hand wash if necessary for stains;
  • Do not use any type of softening liquids;
  • Do not tumble dry;
  • Do not bleach;
  • Do not iron.

      'Forest Flower' FEEDBACK

      I think this has been the best purchase in years. The material is really good quality, as are seams, and i was left completely dry in the last shower. It really is an investment into the future. So far i have worn it every day for month and a half and there are no signs of wear.
      Moreover, i regularly get compliments on the coat and people inquire where to get it too. I am more than happy to refer them to Rain Sisters!

      Perfect for Beer Festivals!!

      Finally got the chance to wear my coat out to a beer festival and got over 20 compliments from men and women!!
      It was a little heavy due to the 73 degree F weather. But easy to tie around my waist (even with petite sizing)
      LOVE the pockets and swish from the skirt! Can't wait to wear it out to dinner again soon!!

      Best rain coat ever.

      I wasn’t sure what to expect from a rain coat that I ordered online, especially as I like to try things on and feel the quality of an item before I purchase it.

      This coat exceeded all expectations. It’s absolutely stunning, extremely well made and worth every penny.
      The coat arrived very quickly and the wrapping was lovely, it’s like you’ve received a present in the mail.
      Every time I have worn it, I am asked where I got it and have been told that, from a distance it looks like a beautiful, long sleeved dress.
      The colours are wonderful and I feel very pleased with my purchase.
      However, the sizes are on the smaller size, I can get a thin sweater on underneath but not a thicker one, so use the measurements guide online and you will be very happy with your purchase.
      I’m already looking to place another order very soon, in fact I think I might need several of these coats, one to match each season.
      I can highly recommend Rain Sisters coats, well worth the price tag and it’s a coat that will last for many many years.

      I’m from Sweden and waited long to actually purchase this coat. It looked so beautiful and well fitted but is it really? YES! It is! The fabric and quality just really surprised me and the fit is stunning though I have a straight waistline. Wonderful!

      The coat behaved splendidly against Scottish showers: not only it protects from wind and cold, but no rain passed through.
      It is indeed a beautiful coat: I was stopped by strangers in the middle of the street just to receive compliments on it, it really is as pictures on the website show.
      Plus point: the light tapping of the rain on the hood gives the best ASMR! :)

      I have to spend few words on the client service. I ordered the coat for a specific trip, but I chose the wrong size: the response from the team to arrange the exchange was really quick, but there was the possibility that the new coat wouldn't have arrived in time for my departure.
      They went above and beyond to ensure they did everything they could to have it delivered as quickly as possible, and sure enough it arrived in time and left with me. A heartfelt thank you!
