Bought it for my wife as an anniversary present, she absolutely adores it !!
This coat is stunning, I've not seen anything similar on the market, the material is well made.
I do wish there was at least one belt loop, as there isn't I likely won't be wearing it with the belt because knowing me I'll forget it somewhere so that's a shame.
I'm a size 12 (UK) normally and I opted for the 10-12 size small, which fits however if you want to wear a jumper/chunky knits underneath then consider sizing up.
The sleeves are a great length too!

This specific coat was all around too large for me (including skirt length), so I ended up exchanging for Fitted and Flared Coat with Full Circle Skirt in Black with Emerald Green | 'Deep Emerald' in a smaller size. I would like to thank Liva for answering all my questions and all the back and forth over email. The customer service was very impressive and appreciated. I always worry ordering online without trying on in person, so your care with customers is truly applaudable.
Both coats are absolutely stunning! You can really tell the care and effort that went into the production. The coats are a bit heavier than I am used to, but I believe that is because the coats are made from quality and not just fast fashion, mass produced like the big retailers. I will always support a small business when possible and with RainSisters, you will not be disappointed! Although it hasn't rained yet, I have no doubt the coat will work wonderfully to keep me dry.
I really look foward to seeing what other items may be available for purchase in the future.
I fell in love with this coat, the style, the fabric, the colour. Looking forward for autumn and I’m pretty sure it’s not my last coat from rain sisters.
Waterproof, good quality materials, great craftmanship. Only a couple of suggestions for improvement; I personally would love the hood to be a little bigger, and for rhe buttoning to go a little lower (because I live in a windy place). Apart from that, I looooove this coat! It’s good for both everyday use and when dressing up. My second RainSisters coat, no regrets!
Loved the coat, it is my second. Everyone turns their head when I pass. I am always by bike, so I rather the other model to cycle, the one with buttons until the bottom. This one keeps opening

I had been thinking about buying a coat from rainsisters for a while and decided to finally splurge. I absolutely love this coat, I've been in rainstorms and not got wet at all. The coat dries so quickly and I've got compliments everytime I wear it. The craftsmenship is incredible, it's so flattering if you're on the fence about buying a coat from this company, it's definitely a worthwhile investment
Love the coat, but I think it could have way better pockets. The coat only has two pockets, which are really shallow, it fits about one phone and that's it. And since there aren't any belt loops, you'll have to use one of them to store your belt, if you want to wear your coat open or hang it up, and then that pocket will be full. So technically you only have one small pocket available to you...
This coat has such a big skirt and there seems to be more than enough space for bigger pockets, so this is very limiting and disappointing. I expected at least slightly bigger pockets. I know people with smaller coats who can fit whole water bottles inside their pockets, but these can barely fit more than a phone?!
SIZING:
According to the size guide I needed size XS, but I got a size S petite. It's a little big on me but I wanted my coat to fit over my bulky winter sweaters. I think that with the belt it still looks good, since it gives you a nice waistline. Would recommend going for your own size according to the size guide if you don't intend to wear bulky sweaters underneath.
For anyone who wants to know: My size S petite is 107 cm in length (from the base of the neck to the hemline measured at the back).
I'm 160 and the coat ends mid-calf for me.
