We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over €200 and accept returns and exchanges within a 21-day period.

We process orders within 1-5 working days. We use DHL and other similar couriers, so shipping takes about 2-5 days to arrive (subject to local customs procedures if you are located outside of the EU)
