Material
This coat is made from membrane fabric that is water-resistant (10,000 mm), breathable (5,000 gsm), and windproof. The fabric composition is 94% polyester and 6% polyamide. No harmful PFAS was used during the fabric production process.
Please note: The water resistance rating of 10,000 mm means the coat can withstand light rain or snow for 1-2 hours or a moderate shower for about 30 minutes. This coat is not appropriate for heavy rain or showers!
Softshell fabric
This coat is made from softshell fabric. It is thicker than light shell fabric due to the inner fleece layer, which makes this style more appropriate for colder weather. We suggest wearing these coats in temperatures ranging from 0°C (32°F) up to +20°C(68°F).
Lining
As for the inner lining, a high-quality, extra soft, and durable Italian satin (100% polyester) is used. The lining agrees to the OEKO-TEX standard and during the fabric production cycle, the use of water and chemicals is reduced as well as the wastage is avoided.

I had originally purchased a fit and flare coat in a small, but it was too tight across the chest/shoulders. (I wear a size 4 (US) but my bra size is a 36D and my shoulders/back are a bit wide) Customer service was great helping me with the return and recommended I try a double-breasted coat, as they are roomier in the chest and shoulders. They were right! I ordered a small and this coat fits me perfectly. It is well made and is stunning. My husband's only response was "Wow"

I've been wanting to write this review since my beautiful, beautiful raincoat arrived last November, but time flies. Firstly, the customer service is amazing, I ordered strawberry coat, but then changed my mind and asked if I could change for a trench. Zane replied super quickly and adapted my order. The coat is absolutely gorgeous and so well made. And I appreciate them not using PFAS. Yes, I too would love to have the hoodie and the pockets a bit bigger, but not even that can make me give these amazing sisters and their beautiful coat less than five stars. I feel so pretty walking in my new raincoat.

This coat is stunning, I've not seen anything similar on the market, the material is well made.
I do wish there was at least one belt loop, as there isn't I likely won't be wearing it with the belt because knowing me I'll forget it somewhere so that's a shame.
I'm a size 12 (UK) normally and I opted for the 10-12 size small, which fits however if you want to wear a jumper/chunky knits underneath then consider sizing up.
The sleeves are a great length too!

This specific coat was all around too large for me (including skirt length), so I ended up exchanging for Fitted and Flared Coat with Full Circle Skirt in Black with Emerald Green | 'Deep Emerald' in a smaller size. I would like to thank Liva for answering all my questions and all the back and forth over email. The customer service was very impressive and appreciated. I always worry ordering online without trying on in person, so your care with customers is truly applaudable.
Both coats are absolutely stunning! You can really tell the care and effort that went into the production. The coats are a bit heavier than I am used to, but I believe that is because the coats are made from quality and not just fast fashion, mass produced like the big retailers. I will always support a small business when possible and with RainSisters, you will not be disappointed! Although it hasn't rained yet, I have no doubt the coat will work wonderfully to keep me dry.

I fell in love with this coat, the style, the fabric, the colour. Looking forward for autumn and I’m pretty sure it’s not my last coat from rain sisters.
Waterproof, good quality materials, great craftmanship. Only a couple of suggestions for improvement; I personally would love the hood to be a little bigger, and for rhe buttoning to go a little lower (because I live in a windy place). Apart from that, I looooove this coat! It’s good for both everyday use and when dressing up. My second RainSisters coat, no regrets!
Loved the coat, it is my second. Everyone turns their head when I pass. I am always by bike, so I rather the other model to cycle, the one with buttons until the bottom. This one keeps opening
